Qui som?<\/h2>\n

SAM, Empresa de Serveis del Municipi de Manacor S.A., \u00e9s una empresa la titularitat de la qual \u00e9s l\u2019Ajuntament de Manacor, i es va crear el 8 de Maig de l\u2019any 2000 (BOIB n\u00famero 68 de 01\/06\/2000).<\/h4>\n

L\u2019empresa t\u00e9 dues l\u00ednies d\u2019actuacions diferenciades; per una banda s\u2019encarrega de la gesti\u00f3 i\u00a0explotaci\u00f3 d\u2019all\u00f2 relatiu als p\u00e0rquings municipals i de les zones d\u2019estacionament regulat O.R.A.\u00a0dins del Terme Municipal de Manacor i per altra l\u2019empresa s\u2019encarrega del Cicle Integral de\u00a0l\u2019Aigua del casc urb\u00e0 del Municipi de Manacor (abastament, sanejament i depuraci\u00f3 d\u2019aig\u00fces).<\/p>\n

L\u2019origen de la SAM est\u00e0 vinculat a la construcci\u00f3 dels principals p\u00e0rquings municipals, a l\u2019any\u00a02000 s\u2019inaugur\u00e0 la primera fase del primer p\u00e0rquing municipal de Manacor, Na Camel\u00b7la, i\u00a0posteriorment es varen construir i anant adherint al servei els p\u00e0rquings de Sant Jaume i de\u00a0s\u2019Aljub a Porto Cristo, paral\u00b7lelament la SAM va comen\u00e7ar a gestionar les zones ORA que fins\u00a0als moment havien estat gestionades en r\u00e8gim de concessi\u00f3 administrativa (gestionat per una\u00a0empresa concession\u00e0ria).<\/p>\n

M\u00e9s recentment, des del 15 de Novembre de 2013, la SAM s\u2019ha fet c\u00e0rrec del Servei Municipal\u00a0d\u2019Abastiment i Sanejament d\u2019Aigua SEMASA que ha estat en funcionament i donant servei a la\u00a0poblaci\u00f3 del nucli interior de Manacor des de principis de l\u2019any 1982 i que fins al moment de\u00a0l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 es trobava gestionat per una empresa concession\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n
